Simon Aliwell

Simon Aliwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management, technology commercialization, and business development. As the Director and founder of Zartech Ltd since March 2007, Simon has successfully provided services to various organizations, including universities and government agencies, focusing on market evaluations, strategic roadmapping, and securing funding for innovation projects. In addition to the role at Zartech, Simon serves as Business Development Director and Senior Advisor at Lightricity, Advisory Board Member at both Body Rocket and ENCORTEC Limited, and holds a position on the Independent Investment Board for Advanced Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiatives with Frontier Development Capital. Simon's prior experience includes significant roles at NPL, Sira Technology Ltd, and University College London, complemented by a strong educational foundation, including a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.
