Shlomi Sabag is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Lightricks since January 2024, Shlomi previously led the data engineering team at Investing.com, where responsibilities included the modeling, design, and execution of data lake solutions. Shlomi has a strong background in big data technologies, having contributed to the development of data lake pipelines using Scala, Python, and Spark in AWS environments at Perion Network. Earlier career roles include Senior BI Developer at Harel Insurance & Finance and various positions focused on BI development and project implementation. Shlomi holds a practical engineer degree in Computer Programming from HIT and the College of Management.
