Valeria Pundik

Valeria Pundik has a diverse work experience spanning organizational consulting, human resources, and people development. Valeria is currently serving as the Director of OD & Learning at Lightricks since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a manager growth partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Lightricks from August 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Lightricks, Valeria worked at Beamr as the Global HR Manager/Head of HR from February 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they provided HR and organizational consultancy, people development, and emotional support to employees across multiple locations.
