Kirstin Hirai

Kirstin brings extensive energy-focused transaction experience in M&A, debt, public equity, private placements, and securitizations. Prior to Delorean, Kirstin worked in the Structured Finance group of SolarCity focusing on capital raising for residential solar systems across the US and Mexico through asset-backed securitizations. She also worked at the International Finance Corporation, structuring and negotiating infrastructure and renewable energy investments in Africa and Latin America. Kirstin began her career with Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Investment Banking group, where she focused on capital raises for clients in the oil, gas, and renewable energy space. Additionally, Kirstin has 8 years of experience as a Professional Development Coach, focusing on helping professionals in the corporate and legal fields develop a stronger understanding of accounting, finance, and business principles. She holds a B.A in Mathematical Economic Analysis and French from Rice University.
