Aimee Szyda

Aimee Szyda, MBA, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Compensation Partner at Mission Pet Health, where responsibilities include conducting job analyses and establishing competitive salary levels in collaboration with management. Previously, Aimee spent 15 years at Klein Tools, progressing through various roles in HR Information Systems and Compensation, including Manager, Supervisor, and Analyst, focusing on pay equity analyses and system integrations. Aimee's early career includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator, as well as coaching colorguard at Harry D. Jacobs High School, and working as a cashier at Meijer. Aimee holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
