Christophe Melki

Christophe Melki is an experienced professional in information security and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Lightspeed HQ since January 2018, following a role as Senior Manager of Cybersecurity. Prior to this, Christophe held positions including Senior Cyber Security Advisor at Ivanhoé Cambridge and Cyber Security Analyst at Vidéotron. Notably, a significant part of Christophe's career was spent at Deloitte Canada, where involvement included leading a security program for a major client and executing various cybersecurity assessments and audits. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Engineer at Thales Communications, contributing to the development of algorithms for mobile network protocols, and a position at Aheeva Technology as a trainee focused on call center solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Networking from Pierre and Marie Curie University and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
