Pasquale Iovanna

Pasquale Iovanna is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in compensation and rewards strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice-President of Human Resources for the Canadian Automotive Group at Uni-Select Inc. since May 2018, Pasquale previously held roles such as Sr. Manager of Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems at Yellow Pages from December 2016 to May 2018 and Senior Associate at Mercer. Notably, during a tenure at Domtar from September 2010 to September 2015, Pasquale was instrumental in leading compensation initiatives throughout mergers and acquisitions, and in enhancing executive compensation programs to attract top talent. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Human Resources Specialist at Moneris Field Services. Pasquale holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, and a diploma in Business Administration from Marie Victorin College.
