Shruti Venkatesh

Shruti Venkatesh is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Lightspeed Capital, Shruti has previously held significant positions at VTS, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Additional roles include Engineering Manager at Capsule and Senior Engineering Manager at Jet.com, where Shruti also worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Software Engineer at ITG. Shruti Venkatesh holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
