Sophia Teague

Sophia Teague is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and business planning. Currently serving as the Head of Product Operations at Lightspeed Commerce, Sophia previously held significant roles at Wayfair, including Chief of Staff and Director of Business Planning & Operations for Physical Retail, where leadership contributed to the successful expansion into brick-and-mortar retail. In earlier positions at Wayfair, Sophia demonstrated expertise in strategy and operations, driving growth in advertising and online interior design services. Prior to Wayfair, Sophia founded Events by Maple, spearheaded product marketing initiatives at Akamai Technologies, and led event marketing at HubSpot. A Northeastern University graduate with a BS in Business Administration, Sophia has a strong background in operations, marketing, and project management across various industries.
