Otis Anderson

Otis Anderson is the current Principal Data Scientist at Lightyear Health. Otis has over 7 years of experience in data science and analytics. Previous to Lightyear Health, they were the Analytics Manager at Devoted Health and before that, the Director of Data Science/Analytics at Clover Health. In these roles, they have hired and managed teams of data scientists and analysts, been responsible for data quality and acquisition, and reported on various company projects. Otis has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, having worked specifically with Medicare Advantage in the past. Otis is a skilled leader and communicator, able to manage cross-functional projects and make difficult decisions. Otis is an expert in their field and is always looking for ways to improve their skills and knowledge.

Otis Anderson began their educational career by completing a transfer from Santa Rosa Junior College in Political Science to the University of California, Davis. There, they completed their B.A. in Economics. Finally, they completed their M.A. in Economics at California State University-Sacramento.
