Jeffrey Chang

Jeffrey Chang has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jeffrey started their career at InfoPivot in 2000, where they developed commercial appliances and created an x86 Linux distribution for commercial advertisement. In 2001, they joined the Institute for Information Industry as an engineer, focusing on the development of VoIP appliances. At Cisco Systems, they worked as a software contractor from 2002 to 2004, before becoming a senior engineer. In this role, they developed major product features for Cisco UCS E-series service modules and Cisco UMG. Jeffrey also delivered a proof of concept for a CUCM voice quality monitoring tool that received a patent. In 2012, they joined Lilee Systems as a software development manager, growing a team from 3 to 12 and delivering multi-million-dollar projects for major railroad customers. Jeffrey then became the director of software development, leading a team of 20 members and delivering Lilee device products and features. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of technical product manager at LILEE Systems, where they are responsible for creating feature roadmaps, managing product delivery, and addressing customer issues.

Jeffrey Chang attended Tunghai University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Jeffrey then pursued further education at National Chung Cheng University from 1996 to 1998, completing a Master's degree in Computer Science.
