Kevin A. Schwab

Kevin A. Schwab serves as the Head of Test Program Management at Lilium, where responsibilities include managing lab and flight test capabilities and driving product testing for EASA compliance. With a robust background in project and program management, Kevin has led significant initiatives across various roles, including overseeing structural work packages for Lilium's first full-scale aircraft and managing the development of the company's fifth-generation experimental aircraft platform. Prior experience includes industrialization management at MTU Maintenance, transformation management at CHC Helicopter, and roles in consulting and engineering during their tenure at Bombardier Aerospace and other organizations. Kevin holds a Master of Management of Innovation from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
