Marcelo Serves

Marcelo Serves is an experienced avionics system engineer currently leading the Central Maintenance System and Data Recording System at Lilium since March 2021. Previously, Marcelo Serves founded Marcelo Serves Engineering Consulting, providing full-time support for Lilium's Central Maintenance System Development. With over two decades at Embraer, Marcelo Serves held multiple roles, including Senior Avionics System Engineer responsible for the E2 Onboard Maintenance System and the integration of Honeywell OMS Software, as well as supporting the Lineage 1000 avionics systems. Early career experience includes roles as an Electronics Technician at Meei Avionics and as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Marcelo Serves holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has completed advanced studies in Business Administration and Data Science.
