Heather Rafail

Heather Rafail is the Manager of Sun + Sport, Wholesale at Lilly Pulitzer. Heather also holds the title of Sr. Account Executive and Sr. Business Development Associate at Beyond, LLC, where Heather is currently a Business Owner. Previously, Heather worked at Helly Hansen as the Marketing & Merchandising Manager for US Key Accounts and at Nordstrom as a Visual Stylist. Heather started their career as a Visual Merchandising Intern at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and later became the General Manager at Hollywood Tans. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising & Advertising from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing & Advertising Management from the University of Saint Mary.
