Gwenevere Crary

Gwenevere Crary is the current Head of People at Lilt. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at GAN from July 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading the development of new HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the company’s rapid growth and development. Gwenevere was also in charge of Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Employee Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Culture.

During their time at GAN, they increased global headcount by 400% and global revenue by 650%. Gwenevere also rebuilt the company’s scalable infrastructure for compensation, benefits, and recruiting processes. Gwenevere also integrated mergers & acquisitions planning processes with little disruption to companies and employees by building leadership consensus on cultural and leadership direction. Lastly, they boosted employee engagement by developing new wellness programs, volunteer opportunities, and social events aimed to create an engaged workforce.
