Amy C. is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the AI domain, currently serving as the Director of Operations - AI Domain Excellence at Lily AI since September 2018. Amy has a proven track record in developing and implementing operational strategies that optimize e-commerce product content, driving enhancements in AI model performance, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles include Senior Operations Manager and Domain Operations Manager, among others. Earlier in the career, Amy gained valuable experience in event planning and merchandise analysis while working with notable retail companies such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy's. Additionally, Amy has a foundation in visual arts education, having taught at LA Unified School. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Studio from UC Santa Barbara and a single subject CLAD teaching credential in visual arts from San José State University.
