Bob Rahm

Bob Rahm has extensive work experience in sales enablement and training roles. Bob currently works as a Sales Enablement Manager at Limble CMMS, a position they have held since March 2022. Previously, they worked at OEConnection (OEC) as a Sales Enablement Associate Manager from November 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for providing training for the Direct Sales team and maximizing overall sales performance.

Before joining OEConnection, Bob served as the Director of Corporate Learning and Development at Park Place Technologies from April 2017 to October 2019. Bob oversaw training for over 1,300 employees worldwide and focused on leadership development, business acumen, and sales skills training. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Training Manager at Advance Ohio from July 2013 to March 2017, where they provided comprehensive digital and print sales training to a sales and sales support team of over 125 staff members.

Bob's work experience also includes management roles. Bob served as a Call Center Manager at The Plain Dealer from November 2006 to June 2013, where they provided coaching and training to a team of 17 professionals and achieved revenue goals. Additionally, they held various roles at The News-Gazette, including Sales Manager, Sales Trainer and Coordinator, and Classified Recruitment and Property Rental Supervisor.

Earlier in their career, Bob worked as an Account Executive at American Software and Hardware, where they sold computer hardware and software products to resellers. Bob also served as the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Director of Greek Life at Millikin University and as a Student Organization Consultant at the University of Minnesota.

Bob Rahm has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration (Training and Development) from The Ohio State University. Bob also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Cleveland State University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, Leading Virtual Meetings, Leading at a Distance, Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback, and What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal from LinkedIn. Bob also has certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics, obtained from Advance Digital.
