Eric Shim

Eric Shim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career at TechJect Inc. as a part-time Aerospace Engineer and Android Developer in August 2015. Eric then transitioned into an Aerospace Engineering Intern role before leaving the company in January 2016.

Following this, Eric joined VAirDo Inc. in January 2016 as an Aerospace Engineer and Android Developer. There, they focused on designing and improving an Android application used in conjunction with VAIRDO's consumer product, the EYSE. Eric also handled video shoots for advertising material. Eric left the company in August 2016.

In 2017, Eric worked as a Summer Student Intern - Technical I at Cricket Wireless from May to August.

Eric'smost recent role was at Lime, where they joined as a Software Engineer in June 2018. At Lime, Eric automated services to ensure the fleet of vehicles met configurational and firmware requirements. Eric also developed an experiment platform for vehicle firmwares to capture issues early and created services to manage vehicle states and perform vehicle actions.

Eric Shim started their educational journey in 2010 at Mill Creek High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics in 2014. Eric then pursued higher education at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a specialization in Intelligence and Info-networks. Eric continued their academic pursuits at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2017 to 2018.
