Luis Roa

Luis Roa has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in finance and accounting. Luis started their career at Ernst & Young as a Horizon Intern in 2011, followed by an Assurance Internship with the same company in 2012. In 2013, they joined EY as an Assurance Staff and later became an Assurance Senior in 2015. After leaving EY in 2019, Luis joined Lime as the Accounting Manager for LATAM, where they worked until 2020. Luis then assumed the role of Accounting Manager at Lime from 2020 to 2021 before being promoted to Senior Manager, Accounting from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Accounting at Lime as of April 2022. Prior to their professional career, Luis worked as an Office Assistant at the Ignatian Center at Santa Clara University from 2009 to 2013.

Luis Roa attended Santa Clara University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting.
