Natalha Lessa

Natalha Lessa has a diverse work experience in logistics and trade compliance. Natalha most recently worked at Lime, starting in October 2020, where they held the positions of EMEA Logistics Manager and Head of EMEA Logistics. In these roles, they oversaw a team of logistics specialists and coordinators, managed shipments of vehicles, spare parts, and batteries, and provided logistics support for the launch of new vehicle technology. Natalha also had expertise in fleet management, trade compliance, and customs efficiency within the EMEA region. Prior to Lime, Natalha worked at Embraer as a Supply Chain/Trade Compliance professional, where they managed supply chain operations and trade compliance in the EMEA/APAC region. Natalha was also involved in export control and acted as a compliance agent for due diligence. Before that, they held logistics coordinator roles at PVH Corp. and Google, and worked as an international trade analyst at Implant Material Médico. Natalha's earlier experience includes working as a procurement and trade analyst at Lojas Le biscuit S/A, a trade compliance analyst at absolut technologies, and an international procurement/import assistant at Hemocat Comércio e Importação Ltda.

Natalha Lessa completed their education in a chronological order. Natalha first attended Adolf-Reichwein-Schule as a high school exchange student from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Católica do Salvador, graduating in 2014. In 2011, Natalha also took part in a foreign trade program as an exchange student at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, although it does not specify the duration or the degree obtained during this period.

Afterwards, they furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Transnational Law from the University of Bremen between 2016 and 2018. During this time, they also acquired additional certifications, such as TestDaf - German B2 from TestDaf in September 2016 and TOEFL - C1 from ETS in February 2016.
