Elias Najjar

Elias Najjar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elias is currently working at Lime as the Head of Operations since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at EMD from January 2016 to January 2021 as a Market Development Manager. During their time at EMD, they played a key role in expanding the client portfolio, developing growth strategies, and managing the sales team in the MENA region. Elias also worked on adapting product offerings to meet emerging markets' needs and streamlining internal operations. Before joining EMD, Elias worked as a Project Engineer at the Private Sector Contracting Project from September 2013 to October 2015 and as a Site Engineer from June 2012 to September 2013. Elias started their professional career as an Intern at Khatib & Alami in June 2010.

Elias Najjar holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Balamand, which they pursued from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, completing it between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, Elias has garnered several certifications from Google, including Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Beginners, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, all of which they obtained in April 2020.
