Stephanie Renner

Stephanie Renner is the SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Limestone Bank. Stephanie has been with Limestone Bank since August 2012, and has been a key player in the turnaround of the company. In their previous role as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Stephanie provided legal and strategic counsel to the President and CEO and to the board of directors for both the bank and holding company. Stephanie also created a corporate governance system for the board and its committees while serving as corporate secretary. Stephanie has also overseen the bank’s COVID-19 pandemic response, led the initial bank-wide centralization of loan operations, and managed a team to establish a robust consumer compliance management system and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. In addition, Stephanie developed the initial framework for a comprehensive bank-wide risk management system. Stephanie has also established a positive and proactive working relationship with all relevant state and federal regulators. Furthermore, Stephanie led a successful rebrand and name change of the bank and holding company including the regulatory and legal process, public relations, management of the marketing and advertising firm, and internal rollout to 19 locations and over 200 employees. Lastly, Stephanie has provided strategic guidance and leadership to the Human Resources department and created and implemented a successful company-wide training program led by the executive management team which introduced all employees to the key functions of the bank and an understanding of where the individual employee fits within the larger strategic plan and company vision

Stephanie Renner has a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from Anderson University. Stephanie also attended Somerset High School.

They are on a team with John R. Davis - EVP, Chief Credit Officer, , Phillip W. Barnhouse - CFO, and David Stephanie'se - COO, Limestone Bank. Their manager is John T. Taylor , President & CEO.
