James Rich possesses extensive experience in operations and product management, currently serving as Head of Operations and Principal Product Manager at Limo Anywhere since March 2007. In this dual role, James is responsible for maximizing product value and efficiency from development teams, while also developing and executing product vision. Alongside this position, James co-founded TrackMyFleet.com in December 2011, a company specializing in GPS tracking services across various industries. Prior to these roles, James worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Limo Anywhere, addressing escalated technical issues and supporting high-volume customers, and held a position as a Web Developer/Digital Marketing Designer at EDGE Tech Corp. James holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Systems and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute, completed between 2004 and 2006.
