Gaël Lago

Gaël Lago currently serves as the CTO - Directeur Technique OSSA at LINAGORA, focusing on the development of Open Source strategies for large enterprises while leading a team of 25 individuals since November 2023. Additionally, Gaël has been an Associé at Time for the Planet since March 2022. Previously, from August 2019 to November 2023, Gaël was the CTO - Directeur Technique at REALIZ3D, where transformation to a fully SaaS offering was achieved, resulting in a 50% reduction in feature delivery times through enhanced development processes and comprehensive test coverage. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Software Engineer at SoftBank Robotics Europe from March 2016 to August 2019, overseeing a 15-member team on key projects, including the Nao6 robot.
