Fang Cheng

Fang Cheng has an extensive work experience that spans over a decade. In 2007, they began their career as a Quantitative Strategist at Graham Capital Management. Two years later, in 2009, they co-founded and became the COO of Touchco, which was later acquired by Amazon. In 2011, they co-founded Proximiant and served as its CEO. That same year, they were also a Commercialization Panelist for the National Science Foundation SBIR/STTR. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of Linc, where they created extraordinary customer experiences through conversation that span the customer lifecycle. In 2018, they became an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Advisor of CX Factor.

Fang Cheng received a B.S. in Life Sciences from Fudan University in 2002 and a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from New York University in 2007.
