Andrew Weil

Andrew Weil has worked for multiple companies in the real estate industry. Andrew started their career as an intern at Chairmont Group in 2011 and later interned at Cantor Fitzgerald - Cantor Commercial Real Estate in 2012. Andrew then joined Starwood Capital Group in 2013 as an Associate and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined Spruce Capital Partners / S3 Capital as the Head of Multifamily Acquisitions. In 2020, they moved to Lincoln Avenue Capital, initially working as a Director until 2021 and then being promoted to Vice President in 2022.

Andrew Weil attended The Wharton School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
