Rachel Winkler has a diverse work experience in the arts and entertainment industry. Rachel started their career in 2012 as a Shadow at PSSI Stadium LLC. In 2013, they interned as a Marketing & Ticket Services Intern at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. Later in 2013, they joined Point Park University as a Pittsburgh Playhouse Box Office Assistant and then as a Development Assistant from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and worked their way up to the position of Director of Leadership Gifts & Strategic Advancement. Throughout their time at the Lincoln Center, they held various roles such as Director of Campaigns and Leadership Gifts, Associate Director of Campaigns and Leadership Gifts, Senior Manager of Individual Giving & Development Operations, Manager of Individual Giving & Development Operations, Coordinator of Development Operations, and Assistant of Development Operations. Rachel Winkler's work experience demonstrates their dedication to the arts and their growth within the field.

Rachel Winkler completed their high school education at Cranston West High School from 2008 to 2011. Rachel then attended Dean College from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on the field of study in dance. Rachel continued their education at Point Park University from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management.
