Brad Lafler

Brad Lafler has a diverse work experience in the energy sector, starting with their current role as a Co-Founder at BitGlobal Energy. Prior to this, they held various positions at Lincoln Electric System, including Lead of Energy Market Optimization & Settlements, Coordinator of Energy Management, Senior System Operator, and Senior CAD Mapping Technician. Before joining Lincoln Electric System, they worked at the City of Sidney, Nebraska as a GIS Analyst and Water Systems Operator.

Brad Lafler has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from LSU Shreveport, which they completed between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Energy Management from Bismarck State College from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Brad holds an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration from Western Nebraska Community College, achieved from 2002 to 2004. Brad also earned an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Mid-Plains Community College, which they completed between 1998 and 2000. Brad has additional certifications as a Society Presidential Member from The National Society of Leadership and Success and as a Certified System Operator from the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC).
