Aimee Trusso

Aimee Trusso has a strong background in human resources, with experience in a variety of leadership roles. Aimee began their career at Avery Dennison, where they served as a Sr. Human Resource Manager for the Label and Packaging Materials division. During their time there, they developed strategic partnerships with senior leaders in various departments. Trusso then moved on to INSIGHT2PROFIT, where they worked as the Director of Organizational Development, partnering with leadership to implement business strategy. Aimee later joined A. Schulman, Inc. as the Human Resources Director, where they realigned the function to better support the business and led the integration of a major acquisition. Most recently, Trusso held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Lincoln Electric, overseeing strategic programs and leading a team of professionals in the US Welding and Automation businesses.

Aimee Trusso has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Aimee also holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources from Cleveland State University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including certified in a variety of assessment tools such as Hay Group Organizational Climate & Individual Leadership Style, CAPP Realise2, Leadership Versatility Index 360 & Harrison Assessment in 2011. Aimee also holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2009, and a Certified Trainer/Facilitator certification from DDI & Achieve Global in 2003.
