Małgorzata Wach

Małgorzata Wach has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Małgorzata began their career as a Senior Clerk in the VAT Department of the Tax Office in 2002. In 2003, they worked as a Customs and tax clerk at a trading company. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Controlling Specialist at Winuel SA. In 2008, they joined Lincoln Electric as a Junior Financial Controller and progressed to become the Financial Controller in 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Eastern Europe Finance Director at Lincoln Electric, a role they have been in since September 2014.

Małgorzata Wach obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 1997 to 2002. Małgorzata also became a FCCA Member, specializing in Finance, during their time at the ACCA from 2005 to 2007. In 2019, they pursued a degree in Management at the ICAN Institute, which they completed in 2020.
