Tuğçe Çakır İmirzi

Tuğçe Çakır İmirzi has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Tuğçe currently holds the position of Regional HR Director at Lincoln Electric, overseeing operations in Turkey, Russia, CIS, MEA, and Southern Europe. Tuğçe previously served as the HR Director for Lincoln Electric in Turkey, Russia, and CIS. Before joining Lincoln Electric, they worked as an HR Manager at Lincoln Electric Türkiye and Eczacıbaşı - Lincoln Electric Askaynak. Prior to that, they held the role of Human Resources Team Leader at Ford Otosan. Tuğçe began their HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Pirelli. Tuğçe also gained early experience as an HR trainee at Hyundai Assan and Iveco.

Tuğçe Çakır İmirzi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marmara University in 2005. Tuğçe then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management & Organization at Kocaeli University, graduating in 2008.
