Adrian Butler is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lincoln Financial Group since August 2016, Adrian demonstrated a strong background in global human resources management in previous positions, including Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Laureate International Universities and Chief Human Resources Officer at Altegrity Inc. Notable prior roles also include Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cengage Learning and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Thomson Learning. Adrian's career began with positions at Cushman & Wakefield and J. Walter Thompson, following an early start at British American Tobacco.
