Mickey Sharma

Mickey Sharma is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading security initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security at Lincoln Financial Group since October 2021, Mickey has enhanced the organization's cybersecurity framework through multi-cloud integration and DevSecOps practices. Prior to this role, Mickey managed cybersecurity at Kinder Morgan, Inc., focusing on both IT and OT domains to protect critical national energy infrastructure. Mickey's career also includes roles in IT operations and applications engineering at Robert Half International, Child Advocates, and Riversand, alongside earlier experience as a software engineer at Intel Corporation and a network systems engineer at the University of Colorado. Mickey Sharma holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Texas McCombs School of Business.
