Zoe Kasper

Zoe Kasper serves as a Board Member for the Employee Experience Board since May 2023, contributing to a vendor-free organization focused on employee experience leadership. Currently, as AVP of Employee Experience at Lincoln Financial Group since April 2022, Zoe oversees strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including new hire experience and performance management. Previous roles include Head of Solutions Consulting at Humu, where Zoe led a team to enhance employee engagement through technology, and various leadership positions at Medallia, contributing to understanding customer and employee experiences. Earlier experience includes directing client experience efforts at PeopleMetrics, and roles at Digitas Health and the National MS Society. Zoe holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Media Studies from Penn State University.
