Neil Amsbaugh

Neil Amsbaugh is an experienced sourcing and supply chain engineer with a career spanning over four decades. Currently employed as a Sourcing Engineer at Lincoln Industries since April 2012, Neil specializes in cost reductions, project quoting, and integrating supplier capabilities in a job shop environment while adhering to ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards. Previous roles include Supply Chain Engineer and Senior Buyer at Pertech Resources, where Neil directed global sourcing strategies and improved supplier quality and performance, as well as Supplier Development Coordinator and Buyer-Planner at Transaction Printer Group, leading cross-functional teams in new project management.
