Heather Sauceda Hannon is an accomplished urban planner and associate director at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, specializing in planning practice and scenario planning since June 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a senior analyst at Volpe, The National Transportation Systems Center, and as a transportation planner at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), where responsibilities included acting as MPO liaison and managing substantial funding contracts. Heather's early career includes roles as a campus planner at the University of Massachusetts Boston and project planner for the Harvard University Allston Development Group, demonstrating a consistent focus on urban design and strategic planning. Academically, Heather holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Princeton University.
