Jk Purtzer

JK Purtzer has extensive experience in education and technology, currently serving as a Teacher Librarian at Lincoln Public Schools since January 2009, focusing on promoting literacy and inquiry in a middle school library and providing technology leadership. Prior roles include substitute teaching in various subjects, and serving as an Oracle DBA at Digital River and eSellerate, where responsibilities included database management and support for international teams. Earlier experience as a Computer Applications Teacher at LPS involved teaching classes in Computer Applications, Multimedia, and Keyboarding. JK Purtzer holds a BS in Education with a focus on secondary science teaching from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and furthered education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
