Tracey Peterson

Tracey Peterson is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Assistant Principal at Lincoln Public Schools since January 2009, where responsibilities include Special Education Coordination, 504 Coordination, the Student Assistance Process, School Improvement, Professional Learning Communities, Test Coordination, and Teacher Appraisal. Prior to this role, Tracey taught 5th and 3rd grades in a heterogeneous classroom at Plano Independent School District from August 1987 to June 1993, managing a class average size of 27 students. Tracey holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership from Doane University (2007-2009) and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1982-1986 and 1984-1986).
