Sarah R. Murtagh

Sarah R. Murtagh, M.A., PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Risk Management Division Leader for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, where responsibilities include overseeing the Risk Management Team and providing strategic guidance on various insurable risks. Murtagh has extensive experience in human resources, having held roles such as Employee Leave Program Manager at the City of Lincoln and Administrative Director of Human Resources at Southeast Community College.
