Heather Lee

Heather Lee has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Their most recent role was as the Chief People Officer at Lincolnshire Co-op, where they led the people management strategy for the organization. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Lincolnshire Co-op from 2005 to 2023. Heather also served as an Independent Member of the Remuneration Panel for Lincolnshire County Council starting in 2021. Earlier in their career, Heather worked as a Human Resources Manager at United Utilities, BAE Systems, and Carlsberg-Tetley Brewing. Heather began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee and HR Officer at British Gas.

Heather Lee has a B.A. Joint Honours in Economics and Economic & Social History from the University of York. Heather also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Leeds Beckett University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
