Prash Karnik has extensive experience in the maritime industry. Prash started their career in 1988 with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, where they served as a Captain and then as a Staff Captain. During this time, they were responsible for safety, security, maintenance, and facility management. Karnik also worked as a Chief Officer/Safety Officer during this period. In 1996, they transitioned to the hotel industry, where they served as a Staff Captain and was responsible for various aspects of ship operations, including navigation, maintenance, safety, finance, customer relations, and environmental management.
