Steven McCracken

Steven McCracken has extensive experience in technical operations within the maritime industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at Lindblad Expeditions since July 2021, Steven previously held the role of New Equipment Superintendent at Otis Elevator Co. for a brief period in early 2021. Prior to that, Steven worked with Lindblad Expeditions as Ships Superintendent, focusing on maintenance and refurbishments. Steven also spent several years at Holland America Line in various roles, including Technical Operations Manager - Ship Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed planning maintenance and managing energy conservation projects for a fleet of 42 ships. Steven's career began as a 3rd Engineer at Holland America Line, progressing from assistant to senior watch keeper.
