Thelma Brantley

Thelma Brantley is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and marketing. Currently serving as an HR On-Boarding Specialist at Praxair Distribution, Inc. since May 2018, Thelma focuses on the on-boarding of exempt new hires. Additionally, Thelma has been with Praxair Distribution, Inc. since February 2004, holding various roles including Compliance and Sales Process Manager and Sales Effectiveness Manager, where responsibilities included tracking sales productivity improvements, developing communication plans for Hospital services, and implementing training programs. Earlier in their career, Thelma worked at GE Capital as a Direct Mail Marketing Manager, where direct mail programs were developed, and a customer loyalty program was implemented. Thelma also served as Marketing Manager at The Signature Group of Companies from 1983 to 2000.
