Daniel Kubong-Alah has over two years of experience as a System Administrator. From 2018 to 2020, they worked for Rubicon, B-Tech, and Linden Lab as an AWS administrator and Linux System Engineer. At Rubicon, they were responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining systems, including software installation, update, and core services. Daniel also created and configured file systems and file system attributes, such as permissions, access control lists, and network file systems. At B-Tech, they monitored and performed administrative job processes, created and managed user/groups, and set password, permissions, account expiration, reset user passwords, and administered users account security. At Linden Lab, they were responsible for system configuration and patching, spinning up EC2 instances using CloudFormation on both the console and command line, and creating S3 buckets, enabling versioning, and creating policies.

Prior to this, they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Gwinnett Technical College, which they completed in 2021. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including JavaScript and AJAX: Integration Techniques from LinkedIn in 2023, Python Essential Training (2018) from LinkedIn in 2022, Git Essentials from LinkedIn in 2022, Certified SQL Developer from W3Schools.com in 2022, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
