Rich Harold

Rich Harold has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rich currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Global Operations at Lindsay Corporation. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director Global Operations - Elastomeric Material Solutions at Rogers Corporation, where they led the global operations for the Elastomeric Material Solutions business unit and achieved profitable growth. Rich also served as the SVP Operations at Arizona Nutritional Supplements and was responsible for leading operations and supply chain across multiple facilities. At IDEX Corporation, Rich held the position of Global VP, Legacy & Specialty Businesses at Gast Manufacturing and successfully delivered significant results. Rich also worked as a Sr. Manufacturing Manager at Exterran, overseeing manufacturing and operational activity. Rich served as a Plant Manager at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and played a crucial role in continuous improvement initiatives. Rich gained valuable experience at Danaher as a Plant/Operations Manager, and at Goodrich, where they served as Plant Manager and held other roles in the aerospace industry. Rich began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer - Intern at GOMACO Industries.

Rich Harold completed their Executive Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in the years 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix between 1999 and 2005. Rich'seducation journey began at Iowa State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Manufacturing from 1991 to 1996.
