Pentipa Jaemjankasem

Pentipa Jaemjankasem has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Pentipa is currently working at LINE MAN Wongnai as the Senior Director of Product, having started in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Product at the same company from March 2023 to August 2023. Before joining LINE MAN Wongnai, they worked at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as the Manager of Technical Specialists from February 2021 to September 2021.

From October 2018 to February 2021, Pentipa served as the Technical Specialist Manager at Refinitiv. In this role, they focused on Operations Excellence and Technical Support, empowering global operational teams to meet strategic goals and business objectives.

Before Refinitiv, Pentipa gained extensive experience at Thomson Reuters, where they held several managerial roles. From December 2015 to September 2018, they were the Technical Specialist Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Support Manager from November 2014 to December 2015, the Client Services Manager from November 2012 to November 2014, the 3rd Level Support Team Leader from July 2009 to November 2012, and the 3rd Level Support Consultant from September 2006 to July 2009.

Pentipa's earlier work experience includes a role as a Network Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from October 2003 to February 2004, and as an Infrastructure Administrator at IT One from April 2002 to September 2003.

Pentipa Jaemjankasem holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership in Society, Business and Politics from Rangsit University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Telecommunications Engineering at RMIT University from 2004 to 2006. Pentipa started their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from Mahidol University between 1998 and 2002.
