Jennifer Concepcion, PMP

Jennifer Concepcion, PMP, has over 19 years of experience in the areas of pension and benefits consulting, software implementation, business solutions, and project management. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as a Benefits Specialist at Towers Perrin. In 2002, they moved on to Penact Associates as a Pension Consultant, providing ERISA consulting services to plan sponsors. In 2006, they joined Enterprise Iron Financial Industry Solutions, Inc. as a Principal Consultant and acted as a SunGard Omni resource. From 2009 to 2015, they held various roles at EDS, an HP company, FIS, and REI. In 2015, they joined SunGard Financial Systems (now part of FIS) as a Lead Senior Consultant, IT Business Analyst. Finally, in 2019, they began their current role as a Senior Consultant at Linea Solutions, Inc., where they assist with software implementation and business solutions for public benefit organizations and large multiple employer plans, and leads design confirmation, business process analysis and improvement, test management and execution, operational readiness and employer integration.

Jennifer Concepcion, PMP, obtained their BA in Economics from the University of Virginia between 1992 and 1996. In 2014, they earned a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University. In October 2020, they obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci. In August 2022, they obtained their Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they attended Tidewater Community College in 2018.
