William Erario has worked in the financial services industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Commercial Teller at American Bank, where they were responsible for processing deposits and paying out funds, operating and balancing a cash drawer, and developing and maintaining customer service skills and customer relations. William Erario obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Baylor University between 2008 and 2012. In 2017, they obtained the certification of Learning JIRA Software from Lynda.com.
