Bradley Thomas

Bradley Thomas is an experienced professional in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as the AMER Manager of Service Delivery at Lineage Logistics since July 2022, where contributions include leading transitions between Managed Service Providers and developing global IT policies aligned with ITILv4 and IT Service Management. As Chairman, COO, and CIO of Flourish Foster Care Closet & Support since January 2021, Bradley plays a multifaceted leadership role. Previously, significant accomplishments include managing customer operations at Bellhop, overseeing IT service delivery for Morgan Advanced Materials across 32 manufacturing sites, and enhancing customer service and IT operations at DRÄXLMAIER Group. Educationally, Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Operations from Dalton State College.
