David James

David James has over 15 years of diverse work experience in the technology industry. Currently, they are serving as the Technical Lead iOS at Vectornator by Linearity, where they are responsible for leading iOS development. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior iOS Developer at the same company, contributing to the development of an intuitive and precise illustration software.

Before joining Vectornator, David worked at C3UI Group from 2017 to 2022. In their role as an iOS Framework Developer, they created C3UI, a declarative iOS framework written in Swift, which included features like deterministic and stateless layout engine, reactive integration, and composable shapes. Additionally, they served as an Entrepreneur, creating a business plan and website for an iOS service business. David also developed iOS games and built Alphaglish, a word game for side-by-side players.

From 2015 to 2016, David worked as a Senior iOS Developer at Accenture Interactive, where they contributed to the development of an iPad app for Schlumberger and a baggage handling iPad app for American Airlines.
